PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL BY "AIRPORT TAXI DOGAN" OF "Veysel Dogan Taxi Services, Vienna" FOR ANY AIRPORT PICK-UP AS YOU NEVER KNOW THAT WHEN AN ERRANT DRIVER CAUSE INCOVENCINCE TO YOU IN FORIEGN LAND.

Their Driver has misbehaved and abused with my Wife on recent trip and when i raised complaint to their Office, they did not take that complaint seriously and did not take action again their errant driver.

When boarding the taxi, My wife specifically asked twice that she will pay by Credit Card for trip from Vienna to Brno (Czech) and the driver agreed and confirmed that he will take the payment by card. But midway to the trip, he start asking for payment by cash. He keep on pressurizing my wife for payment by cash all through the way and threatened her. It was a worst time for lady in foreign land to be abused and threatened by Taxi driver. Somehow she just pleaded the driver to take her to the hotel. After reaching Hotel also Driver misbehaved and start asking for Cash. My wife was carrying currency card and credit card, and cited her inability to pay by Cash. Finally, after too much pleading by my wife and persuasion by Hotel Staff, the errant driver taken his credit card machine and charged her Taxi fare by credit card.

Also, i am not mentioning here the amount he overcharged to my wife.
